GE DS9181 high-resistance grounding resistor equipment is used to provide a ground for neutral of an ungrounded three-phase power system, utilizing the high-resistance method. The equipment is designed to eliminate the danger of high transient over voltages during certain types of ground faults. Units are available for wall or floor mounting for 240, 480 or 600 volt wye and delta systems.
GE DS330C neutral-grounding resistors are used for resistance grounding of industrial power systems. These stainless-steel grounding resistors consist of ceramic-core ribbon-wound units arranged in tiers within an open frame.
The GE 85A neutral grounding resistor is a stainless steel grounding resistor box in a protective metal enclosure, suitable for indoor or outdoor applications. They are used for resistance grounding of industrial power systems using wye-wound transformers or generators.
